Residential Development
Our residential development business and services are coordinated through a highly experienced management team who has developed several high quality homes throughout the US. In-house skills range from architectural and design services to project management, surveying, cost reporting and construction. Our teams have the depth of experience to act as main contractor, development manager or project manager. We will look at a variety of scenarios but will act as principal only where we believe we can use design to create an edge. We also carry out private client work and will act as development manager for other investors on suitable projects.
